BOOKING INFORMATION AND TS & CS
Full information about Accessibility at the Gregson can be found on our website.
Please read our Community Agreement so you can understand what to expect from us and what we expect from you when you’re here - gregson.co.uk/about
By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following:
- We may film and photograph any events without the prior approval of audience members. If you do not wish to be on the film or captured in photography please make yourself known to a member of bar/event staff or the photographer.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details on their ticket are correct at the time of purchase
- Alcohol not purchased at the venue will be refused entry. Anyone found with alcohol not purchased at the venue will be asked to hand the alcohol over and may be asked to leave.
- Due to the way our charity operates, many events are run by external organisations and individuals - not the Gregson charity. In these cases, terms and conditions, ticketing platforms and fees may differ. It is your responsibility to check this before each purchase. If you are unsure, please contact the Gregson office directly - further info below.
*HOW TO BOOK*
Tickets can be purchased online via our website. Online purchases are subject to a 5% processing fee on top of ticket price when purchased via the Gregson directly.
