By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them before proceeding:
1. Attendance
Ticket purchase includes participation in the dinner and pottery experience. Attendees are expected to arrive on time and honor their commitment to attend, as space is limited.
2. Cost and Payment
Ticket prices include the cost of food and the pottery experience. Payment is due upon ticket purchase. Refunds are available up to one week before the event. After this period, refunds are not possible.
3. Food & Drink Disclaimer
Food and snacks will be store-bought or ordered from third-party providers (e.g., pizzas). While every effort will be made to offer a variety of options, the organiser cannot guarantee that food will be free from allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.). It is the responsibility of attendees to review ingredient lists and communicate any specific dietary needs or concerns. The organiser assumes no liability for allergic reactions or food-related issues.
Drinks are provided free of charge. These drinks are offered as a complimentary addition, and the organiser is not liable for any issues, including but not limited to personal preferences, allergies, or adverse reactions related to consumption.
4. Pottery Disclaimer
The pottery experience involves handling clay, tools, and materials that may cause stains, spills, or damage to clothing. Attendees are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and understand that participation is at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings. Attendees also participate at their own physical risk and are responsible for their personal safety during the activity.
5. Behaviour
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the venue. Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Photography and Social Media
By attending, guests consent to the use of any photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes by the organiser or venue. Attendees may opt-out by notifying the organiser in advance.
7. Liability
The organiser and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the event, including but not limited to those related to pottery activities or food and drink consumption. Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and the safeguarding of their personal belongings.
8. Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available up to one week before the event. After this period, refunds are not possible. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, attendees will be offered an option for a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their ticket to a future event.
9. Changes and Updates
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to event details or these terms and conditions as necessary. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Newsletter Subscription
By providing their email address during ticket purchase, attendees agree to be added to the organiser's mailing list. Attendees may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the organiser directly.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
