Terms and Conditions (Bitterne Spiritualist Church)

1. General
By registering for and attending this workshop (“Workshop”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The workshop is organised by Bitterne Spiritualist Church (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Registration and Payment
Your place at the Workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces may be limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once your place has been booked, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason, including:

*Changes in personal circumstances
*Inability to attend
*Travel or scheduling issues

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to prior approval by the organisers.

4. Changes to the Workshop
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Workshop programme, facilitators, schedule, or venue if necessary. We will aim to notify participants of any significant changes in advance.

5. Cancellation by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that the Workshop is cancelled by us, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date or a credit towards a future event. Refunds may be considered at our discretion.

6. Conduct and Participation
We ask all attendees to behave respectfully and in keeping with the values of Bitterne Spiritualist Church. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.

7. Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own well-being during the Workshop. Please inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions or accessibility needs where possible.

8. Photography and Media
Photographs or recordings may be taken during the Workshop for church communications and promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear in such materials.

9. Liability
While we take reasonable care in organising the Workshop, Bitterne Spiritualist Church is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
