1. Acceptance
By booking or attending, participants agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not attend.
2. Training Scope
The training provides basic CPR/AED awareness only. It is not accredited, does not provide a qualification, and RCFR makes no guarantee of competency in real-life emergencies.
3. Eligibility & Participation
Participants must be physically and medically able to undertake light activity (e.g. kneeling, chest compressions) and should disclose any relevant conditions in advance.
RCFR will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate all Participants. Where full physical participation is not possible, RCFR will, where reasonably practicable, provide alternative methods to describe, demonstrate, or showcase the activity.
RCFR may restrict participation where safety is a concern.
4. Booking & Attendance
Advance booking is required. Sessions may be subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled or rescheduled. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry.
5. Cancellations
RCFR may cancel, amend, or reschedule sessions due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, notice will be given.
6. Health & Safety
Participants must follow all instructions. Participation is at the individual’s own risk. Any discomfort or injury must be reported immediately.
RCFR is not liable for issues arising from failure to follow guidance or disclose relevant information.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other non-excludable liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCFR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for actions taken by participants following the training.
8. Certification
Certificates may be issued at RCFR’s discretion and confirm attendance only, not competence or qualification.
9. Media & Data
RCFR may take photographs or recordings for legitimate purposes. Participants should notify RCFR in advance if they object.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law and used only for administering training.
10. Conduct

RCFR operates a zero-tolerance approach to intoxication. Any participant reasonably believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or required to leave immediately.
