1. Areet, Before We Set Off…
By booking a tour with The Geordieland Experience, you agree to these here Terms & Conditions. We keep things fair, friendly, and straight-up just like a true Geordie would.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or direct contact.
Full payment’s needed before the tour kicks off. We dont hold spots without payment, pet.
Group bookings (10 or more) need to be confirmed at least 7 days beforehand.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If ye can’t make it, give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll sort a full refund or move you to another day that works. We understand life has unexpected hits.
Less than 48 hours’ notice means nee refund, sorry like we’ve got guides to pay and plans to stick to..
If we (the Geordie hosts) have to cancel due to wild weather, emergencies, or Toon celebrations getting oot of hand, we’ll offer a re-booking or refund.
4. On the Day
Turn up 10 minutes early, comfy shoes on and ready for a bit of a wander.
Bring a brolly or coat if the heavens might open, it’s Geordieland, after all. Basically dress accordingly.
Listen to your guide, stick with the group, and be respectful to locals and landmarks.
Prams and Pooches FREE OF CHARGE. We understand it can be difficult getting a sitter.
5. Health & Safety
Our routes are designed to be safe and enjoyable, but mind your step, cobbles, kerbs, and coastal paths can be tricky and slippy.
If ye’ve got medical conditions or mobility issues, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
6. Optional ‘Recharge & Refuel’ After-Tour Sit-Down
After the walk, some tours may end with an optional sit-down stop. a chance to grab a drink, a bite, and have a bit of crack with your Geordie go Getters.
This “Recharge & Refuel” session is completely optional and not included in your tour ticket price.
Food and drinks are paid for separately on the day, direct with the venue, so bring a few quid if ye fancy staying on.
Please note: these venues are only suggested by Geordieland, so their service, pricing, and facilities are their own responsibility.
7. Photos & Media
We love a good photo! By joining a tour, ye’re happy for us to use group snaps and videos for promo, unless ye tell us otherwise before we start.

8. Liability
We’ll always do our best to keep ye safe and sound, but The Geordieland Experience can’t be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless it’s due to our clear negligence.
Keep your valuables close not everyone’s as honest as a Geordie.
9. Weather Policy
If the weather’s pure Baltic or the wind’s howling off the North Sea, we might tweak the route or reschedule. Safety comes first nee sightseeing’s worth hypothermia.
10. Kids & Families
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
We love seeing bairns learn about our roots and heritage just make sure they daint nash mid-tour!
11. Final Word
We want ye to have a mint day out and gan home full of pride for Geordieland and CLUED UP with our history and heritage of the capital of the north east.
