Terms and Conditions of Entry
When purchasing an entry wristband or ticket, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions set forth by MH & Sons Ltd trading as Monty Hammond & Sons Funfairs by London Carnival Funfairs (hereafter referred to as "MH & Sons & LCF").
Definitions
Ticket: A document or electronic confirmation that grants the bearer the right to enter MH & Sons & LCF and participate in various attractions and rides.
Price: £1.20 each or £10 for 10 tickets.
Rides cost between 2 to 5 tickets each; guests must check at each ride for the specific number of tickets needed.
Tickets can also be redeemed for refreshments or food at various stalls.
Tickets are valid only for the date of purchase and all sales are final; no refunds will be issued.
Wristband: A wearable band priced at £15 that grants unlimited access to all moving rides for a period of four hours.
Available for purchase on the hour, every hour; non-transferable.
Wristbands include entry to the funfair but do not cover game stalls, bungee trampolines, playcentres, or catering services.

Online Ticket Fees: Online ticket purchases may be subject to additional charges by the reseller; please check their terms and conditions.
Health and Safety
Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Behaviour and Security
Behaviour Guidelines: Aggressive or threatening behaviour, including verbal abuse or physical intimidation, will not be tolerated. Consequences may include immediate ejection from the venue without a refund.
Security Measures: MH & Sons & LCF reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose presence or behaviour could affect the enjoyment or safety of others.
Alcohol and Smoking Policies
Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is permitted within MH & Sons & LCF. We reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol brought onto our premises.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Please use the bins provided.
Weapons and Drugs Policy
Weapons Policy: The possession of weapons, including knives, explosives, fireworks, or any other items that may cause injury, is strictly prohibited. Any person found in possession of such items will be escorted from MH & Sons & LCF without a refund, and we reserve the right to report to the relevant authorities.
Drugs Policy: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any persons found possessing or using illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from MH & Sons & LCF without a refund.
Signage and Communication
Signage Details: Specific rules and guidelines are displayed at the entrance to each ride. Guests are responsible for reading and adhering to these rules before participating.
Lost Property
Lost Property Procedures: Any lost property must be handed to a staff member or taken to the ticket desk. Lost property will be disposed of if not claimed within 21 days. For inquiries, please contact the ticket desk or email events@mhandsons.co.uk
Guest Experience
Health & Safety Commitment: Each funfair operates with an event plan and risk assessments in place to ensure guest safety.
CCTV Cameras: CCTV cameras are used for the safety and proper operation of MH & Sons & LCF. However, we do not guarantee complete coverage.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to maintaining cleanliness throughout the event and ensuring the environment is respected.
Community Involvement
The organisers are dedicated to fostering positive relationships within the local community.
Staff Training
All staff undergo continuous training to effectively manage emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, guests should immediately inform a staff member, who will manage the situation and contact emergency services if necessary.
Parking
MH & Sons & LCF is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred in any parking areas.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Incident Reporting
Guests are encouraged to report any incidents or concerns to a staff member immediately.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
