Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that leaders carry a lot, and plans can change.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your place to a colleague.

Session Access (Online Events)
You’ll receive joining details by email ahead of the session. Please keep these secure and avoid sharing them outside your organisation.

Event Changes
If we need to adjust the session time, format, or facilitator, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a full refund.

Participation
This session is designed to create a supportive, respectful space for leaders. We ask all participants to contribute in that spirit.

Use of Materials
Any tools, exercises, or resources shared during the session are for your personal or organisational use. Please don’t reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Data & Privacy
We only collect the information needed to manage your booking and communicate with you about the session. We do not share your details with third parties.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1.
