Worrall Workshops – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 All places must be booked via our online booking system.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
1.3 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been issued.
2. Cancellations & Refunds (By Customer)
2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable.
2.4 All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
2.5 Booking fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Changes (By Us)
3.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, a full refund will be issued.
3.2 If a workshop is rescheduled, customers will be offered the choice of:
a) transferring to the new date, or
b) receiving a full refund.
3.3 We reserve the right to make minor changes to the workshop content, schedule, or venue where necessary.
4. Non-Attendance
4.1 No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or missed sessions.
5. Participant Information
5.1 Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:
a) participant name and age
b) emergency contact details
c) any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs
5.2 We must be informed of any changes to this information prior to the workshop.
6. Health, Safety & Behaviour
6.1 The safety and wellbeing of all participants is our priority.
6.2 Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner.
6.3 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
6.4 In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Safeguarding
7.1 All workshops are delivered with appropriate safeguarding practices in place.
7.2 Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised adult unless otherwise agreed in advance.
8. Liability
8.1 All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of participants.
8.2 However, participation in workshop activities is at the participant’s own risk.
8.3 We shall not be held liable for:
a) loss or damage to personal belongings
b) injuries sustained except where caused by proven negligence
9. Photography & Media
9.1 From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
9.2 Consent will be requested at the time of booking.
9.3 If consent is not given, we will ensure the participant is not included in any published material.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the workshop and contacting you where necessary.
10.2 We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 We shall not be held liable for cancellation or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, venue unavailability, or government restrictions.
12. Acceptance of Terms
12.1 By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
