Terms and Conditions
This is a charity event. All participants take part in the event at their own risk.
All participants agree that as far as they are aware, they are sufficiently fit and physically able to take part in the event. It is each participants own responsibility to assess their own fitness.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell on the day.
Participants are asked to behave responsibly and with regard for the safety and respect of others and the venue.
Any accident or injury caused by a participants actions shall be the responsibility of the participant.
All children are to be accompanied by an adult who shall take full responsibility for the child/ children and must stay with them at all times.
Photographs and filming may take place during this event.
Alcohol is not sold or permitted at this event. Refreshments will be available but please bring your own water.
The event duration is 5 hours, a seated area will be available.
Your ticket is your proof of purchase and will need to be displayed on entry to the event.
There is one ticket per person, per entry.
Child tickets are for children aged 4-14.
The raffle will be drawn and prizes collected during the event.
The event organisers retain the right to refuse entry.

This is an independently organised fundraising event, raising funds for Our Dementia Choir. This is not an event organised by the Our Dementia Choir Charity.
