Test Valley Reels – Parent/Carer Booking Terms

By booking a place for your child/children at a Test Valley Reels event, you confirm that you are their parent or carer and agree that:

A parent or carer must remain on site at the venue for the full duration of the event. Children must not be left unattended.

You will provide details in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, medication, additional needs, behavioural needs, or anything else relevant to your child’s safety, welfare or participation.

Your child must remain within the venue/event area unless leaving with you or with the permission of Test Valley Reels.

Parental responsibility for your child remains with you at all times.

Test Valley Reels may require immediate supervision, collection or departure if there is a safety, welfare, safeguarding or behaviour concern.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to your child/ren attending the event.
