• A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
