These Terms and Conditions apply to the free event Shaping Future Flocks Roadshow – Lanark organised by Downland Marketing LTD. By registering for or attending the Event, you ("you" or "the attendee") agree to be bound by these terms.
• Registration is free, but spaces are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse any application for a place at the Event.
• Your registration is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written consent.
• As places are limited, if you can no longer attend, please notify us at enquiries@Downland.co.uk before the event.
• We reserve the right to change the event date, time, location, or content at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to pandemics, extreme weather, or venue issues. We also reserve the right to cancel the Event due to low uptake of tickets.
• The Event may be recorded, filmed, or photographed. By attending, you consent to content captured being used for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes by the organisers without compensation. If you do not wish to be filmed/photographed, please inform us prior to the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event.
• Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements and instructions issued by us or the venue staff.
