Terms & Conditions
The Skegness Show Committee aims to provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable event for all visitors. We expect anyone visiting the show to conduct themselves with normal common sense, consideration for others and have due regard for both their own safety and that of others around them in the full knowledge that they are visiting a large public event. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by UK law.
Our Health and Safety Policy is monitored and regulated by the relevant authorities and a copy of the full document is available on site for inspection.
The following terms and conditions apply:
No vehicle movement is allowed on the showground after 9am each day and no vehicles are permitted to exit the show ground until 5:30pm
The Skegness Show Committee reserves the right to cancel or change any event, no refunds for tickets.
Betting is strictly prohibited, however lotteries for charitable purposes are (tombola, raffle)
The grounds are, by their very nature, uneven; care should be taken whilst moving around the show fields. The Skegness Show Committee will not be responsible for any accident or damage to competitors, spectators or their property.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Skegness Show Committee and volunteers cannot accept responsibility for lost or unsupervised children. There will be a designated meeting point for lost children and parents.
Cars are parked at the owner’s risk and dogs should never be left in unattended vehicles.
Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted. Dogs that are listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on site. For the comfort and safety of all guests, any dogs displaying aggressive behaviour or causing repeated hygiene concerns (including fouling without prompt clean-up) may be asked to leave the premises. Owners will be allowed to return depending on conduct.
The Skegness Show Committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Show in the event of inclement weather. We will endeavour to refund all entrance fees and tickets if the show is cancelled in advance of 1 month.

The organisers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the event where such failure arises from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, industrial action, or any other unforeseen events.
Expenses or additional costs will not be paid to any person in the case of postponement or cancellation.
The Skegness Show Committee reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or persons to the grounds; for the safety and security of all attendees, volunteers and Skegness Show Committee reserve the right to conduct bag searches and request personal searches where reasonably necessary.
Unauthorised sale of alcohol or other goods is strictly prohibited. Alcohol purchased at the on site bars must only be consumed within the bar area.
Photographs and images of people and events taken at the show by our photographer/s may be used by the Skegness Show Committee for publicity purposes. All photographs on our social media sites are copyright and should not be used without the express permission of the owner.
Photographers taking photos at the show should be mindful of who may be included in any picture taken. As this is a public area, we ask that photographers act responsibly and respect the privacy of others.
The unauthorised use of drones across any of the Show ground is not permitted. This is to safeguard people on site.
Skegness Show Committee shall accept no liability whatsoever for any losses suffered by applicants or stallholders in the event that the Skegness Show is cancelled, or if there shall be any alteration to its date or venue at short notice or otherwise. All trade-stand deposits will be refunded in the event that the applicants are unable to take up booking due to any of the above mentioned occurrences.

All attendees, traders, and volunteers must comply with instructions given by event staff, stewards, emergency services or contractors at all times.
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Any lost property found on the showground should be handed to the Event Information Point. Items not claimed on the day may be retained for a limited period following the event.
The organisers are committed to making the Skegness Show as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you have specific access requirements or require assistance during your visit, please speak to a member of the event team who will endeavour to provide reasonable support. Advance enquiries regarding accessibility can be made by contacting the Skegness Show Committee prior to the event.
The organisers reserve the right to manage or restrict activities that cause excessive noise or disruption in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
