RODEO DUO – Line Dancing Class / Event Participation Waiver
Please read carefully before participating.
By attending this line dancing class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
 
1.  Physical Activity Notice
I understand that line dancing is a form of physical activity and, like any form of exercise, may carry a risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate.
 
2.  Voluntary Participation
I am participating in this class voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any risk of injury or accident that may occur.
 
3.  Waiver of Liability
I release and hold harmless RODEO DUO, its instructors, employees, and venue providers from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation in this RODEO DUO class / event
 
4.  Medical Responsibility
I understand it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before participating. In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical assistance if required.
 
5.  Digital Content
I consent to photos and videos being taken during sessions and used for promotional
purposes. I will notify the instructor if I do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
 
6.  Acknowledgment
By participating in a Rodeo Duo class you accept that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
 
This waiver applies to all RODEO DUO classes and events.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1.
