GORDON MUSIC FESTIVAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Gordon Common Good SCIO (SC047182)

By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival, you agree to these conditions.

- All attendees must behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other attendees, performers, volunteers, and staff. Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour, including racist, sexist, or other discriminatory conduct, will result in immediate removal from the site without refund.

- Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by persons aged 18 or over. Persons who are, or appear to be, drunk may be refused service and asked to leave. Please drink responsibly.

- No illegal substances are permitted on the festival site. Any person found in possession of illegal drugs will be removed and the matter may be reported to the police.

- Children and young people must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- Please follow all instructions given by festival staff and volunteers. In an emergency, follow directions to the nearest exit and assemble at the designated assembly point. Do not obstruct emergency access routes at any time.

- Please be mindful of local residents, particularly on arrival and departure.

- The festival takes place outdoors and will proceed in all but the most severe weather conditions.

- Gordon Common Good SCIO accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for injury arising from attendance except where caused by our own negligence. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and that of any children in their care.

- Gordon Common Good SCIO reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site who breaches these conditions or whose behaviour is considered a risk to others. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

- Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the festival by the organisers, and to the face value of the ticket. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
