REFUND POLICY: Refunds of the ticket price only, and those booked up to one week before the event. The booking fee is NOT refundable - so sorry.
ACCESSIBLITY: We are wheelchair accessible. Parking for disabled is at the front door of the Glass Barn.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME? No. Sorry - this is not suitable for those under 18 years old.
ARE DOGS WELCOME? Yes, we love well-behaved dogs on leads, with their owners. Please do clear up after your dogs.
POOR WEATHER - does the tour continue? Yes. Please dress accordingly and the event will take place in the Glass Barn or marquee.
ARE THERE FOOD OPTIONS? Sorry, no. But at this event, we do have a treat, we provide Sibylla's unique cheese gougères. We have no food catering facilities though of course our sparkling Cuvée is available by the glass or bottle. You may wish to bring a picnic, but please check with us, first.
