**Inflatable Day – Wristband Terms & Conditions**

**1. Wristband Purchase**

* Each wristband grants **4 turns** on the inflatable games.
* Wristbands must be **securely attached to the child’s wrist**

**2. Usage Rules**

* The wristband allows **4 turns total across the inflatable games, NOT 4 turns per game**
* A “turn” means **one full go** on either inflatable.
* Once a child has used all 4 turns, the wristband will be **marked or hole-punched** and cannot be reused.
* Wristbands are **non-transferable** and may only be used by the child for whom they were purchased.

**3. Safety Requirements**

* Children must follow all instructions from staff and volunteers.
* Unsafe behaviour (pushing, jumping, overcrowding, etc.) may result in removal without refund.

**4. Supervision**

* All children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult while queuing and during use.
* Volunteers are present to assist with safety but **cannot supervise children outside the inflatable area**.

**5. Lost or Damaged Wristbands**

* Lost, removed, or damaged wristbands **cannot be replaced** without speaking to a PTA volunteer at the payment station.
* Wristbands intentionally tampered with will be considered invalid.

**6. Refunds & Cancellations**

* Wristbands are **non-refundable**, including if the child does not use all turns.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
