**Longridge Community Association – Event Terms & Conditions**

**1. Organiser**
This event is organised by Longridge Community Association, a not-for-profit organisation based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

**2. Ticket Purchase & Payment**
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

**3. Refund Policy**
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

* Bookings made in error
* Changes in personal circumstances
* Inability to attend the event for any reason

**4. Weather & Event Cancellation**
This is a primarily outdoor event and is therefore subject to weather conditions.

In the event of unsafe weather, the event may be cancelled at short notice. Unsafe weather includes (but is not limited to):

* Heavy or persistent rainfall
* High winds or strong gusts
* Storm conditions

The decision to cancel the event will be made solely by Longridge Community Association, based on health and safety guidance provided by our equipment suppliers and contractors.

If the event is cancelled due to weather:

* A new date will be arranged
* All tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date
* No refunds will be issued

**5. Safety & Supervision**
Inflatable attractions and certain activities will be supervised by trained staff provided by the inflatable hire company.

All participants must:

* Follow instructions given by staff at all times
* Adhere to any safety rules displayed or communicated for each attraction

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from an activity without refund.

**6. Use of Equipment & Activities**
All activities are used at the participant’s own risk. Users must ensure they are physically able to safely take part in any activity.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children where required, unless otherwise stated.

**7. Liability Disclaimer**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longridge Community Association accepts no responsibility for:

* Any injury sustained while using event equipment or participating in activities
* Loss or damage to personal property
* Any incidents arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted under UK law.

**8. Event Changes**
Longridge Community Association reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, attractions, or layout where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

**9. Admission**
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

**10. Acceptance of Terms**
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
