I understand the importance of my child conforming to Health & Safety regulations and to Codes of Conduct, and failure in complying to this will result in my child being exited immediately from the programme or activity.
I undertake not to hold Lambourne End Outdoor Centre responsible for compensation in respect of loss or damage to personal property, which he/she sustains during the programme.
I understand the importance of advising Lambourne End Centre of any medical or special needs, which may require particular attention, in order to enable my child’s full and safe participation in the programme.
If at any point of the programme, they require urgent medical treatment, and provided that I cannot be contacted personally, I give permission to the Centre staff and medical authorities to administer such emergency treatment, including anaesthetic, as considered necessary in the circumstance.
I take it upon myself not to hold Lambourne End Centre responsible for any accidents or injuries my child may sustain whilst on this programme.
