WTB Showcase Terms & Conditions
By completing your Showcase registration form, you confirm that you agree to the following:
General Terms
1. ClassForKids Terms -
Unless otherwise stated below, all terms and conditions on our ClassForKids page remain in place for your showcase registration.
2. Accuracy of Information -
We reserve the right to charge a £25 admin fee where information is provided incorrectly and needs to be changed or rectified. Please complete forms carefully and raise any queries as soon as you submit your form.
Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
3. Refunds -
We do not offer refunds on:
- showcase fees or tickets (unless a cancellation occurs due to our own circumstances),
- any t-shirt orders under any circumstance.
4. T-Shirts -
We are unable to:
- offer refunds,
- make alterations to t-shirt orders,
- accept additional t-shirt orders after the sign-up deadline.
5. Cancellations After Deadline -
We reserve the right to charge a £25 admin fee if you cancel your sign-up after the deadline. Choreography and group planning are completed immediately after the deadline, and late withdrawals cause significant disruption.
6. Failure to Attend -
We reserve the right to charge a £50 admin fee if your child does not attend the showcase after signing up and you have not confirmed a cancellation beforehand.
7. Suspension of Services -
If an admin fee is applied for any reason, your child will be unable to access further WTB services until the fee is paid in full.
Rehearsals & Participation
8. Rehearsal Attendance -
Rehearsals are a vital part of the showcase experience. All children are expected to attend on the scheduled rehearsal date. Each child will receive an assigned rehearsal time slot after the sign-up deadline closes. Children in multiple routines may be required for longer.
9. Attendance Considerations -
While rehearsal clashes may occur, attendance is strongly encouraged for the benefit of your child and their group. Please inform us as soon as possible if your child cannot attend.
Grouping & Performance Arrangements
10. Performance Groups -
In the event of high sign-up numbers from a particular school or group, participants may need to be split across two performance times.
- Siblings and children in multiple routines are prioritised to be placed together.
- We will do our best to keep friendship groups together where possible.
11. Group Splits & T-Shirt Colours -
- We cannot accept requests regarding how groups are split or which t-shirt colour a group will wear.
- Where external circumstances apply, we may consider performance-time preferences but cannot guarantee them.
12. Final Information -
All final details—including performance times, rehearsal timings, attire requirements, and venue instructions—will be confirmed after the sign-up deadline closes.
Additional Terms
13. Media Consent -
Filming/photography may take place during the showcase. You may opt in or out of media consent on the registration form. Where consent is given, images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
14. Medical Information -
Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. WTB is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
15. Illness or Injury -
Children should not attend if they are unwell. If a child becomes unwell or injured during rehearsals or the showcase, parents/guardians may be asked to collect them immediately.
16. Medication -
WTB staff cannot administer medication unless agreed in writing beforehand.
17. Personal Belongings -
WTB is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought to rehearsals or the showcase.
18. Food & Drink – *Strict No Nuts Policy*
A strict NO NUTS policy is in place for the safety of all participants and staff. Nut products must not be brought to rehearsals, the venue, or included in snacks.
19. Changes to Schedule -
WTB reserves the right to amend rehearsal or performance times due to safety, staffing, or venue requirements. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
20. Responsibility to Check Communications -
Parents/guardians must regularly check emails (including spam/junk folders) for updates. WTB is not responsible for missed information due to unread communications.
21. Performance Attire -
Children must wear the required performance clothing, shoes, and accessories. Specific attire requirements will be confirmed after the sign-up deadline closes. Failure to do so may prevent participation in the performance.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
