1. This ticket is proof of purchase to the above event and must be presented at the
time of admission. One ticket admits one person.

2. Leeds Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse admission on Health and Safety
grounds.

3. If the event is cancelled, then tickets will be refunded.

4. No refunds will be made for “a change of mind” and refunds will only be considered
as a gesture of goodwill by the event organiser. Please book carefully.

5. The ticket guarantees a seat and we will do all we can reasonably do to
ensure we offer parents to the opportunity to watch their child.

6. Welfare Officers from Leeds Gymnastics will be attendance.

7. The British Gymnastic Photo policy will be followed and anyone taking photos must
adhere to the policy. Leeds Gymnastics reserve the right to check any photos taken if
any concerns are raised.

8. For GDPR purposes we store any data securely and do not use any data for
marketing purposes.
