Terms and Conditions – Summer Sports Camp (Ages 7-13) at Leicester High School for Girls
Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through TryBooking.
The cost is £30 per day, with a half price sibling discount available.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

Drop-off & Pick-up

The camp runs from 9am to 3pm.
Parents/guardians are responsible for prompt drop-off and collection of their child.
Only authorised individuals will be allowed to collect a child.

Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must inform the organiser of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs when booking.

Participants must bring any necessary medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) and be able to self-administer where required.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if a child is unwell or poses a risk to others.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow attendees.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

What to Bring

A packed lunch, water bottle, and suitable sportswear must be provided each day.
Valuables should not be brought to camp; the organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Photography & Media

Photos/videos may be taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
If you do not consent to your child being included, please inform the organiser in writing before the event.

Liability

Leicester High School for Girls and the event organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless due to negligence.
