1. Booking & Payment

* All bookings must be paid in full to secure your space.
* Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
* No space is confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Tickets

* Each £10 ticket includes entry for 1 adult and 1 child.
* Additional children must be booked and paid for in advance.
* Tickets are valid for the selected time slot only.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

* All payments are non-refundable.
* If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your space to another family (please inform us in advance).
* In the unlikely event the session is cancelled by us, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

4. Session Times

* Please arrive on time for your booked session.
* Sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late.
* You must leave promptly at the end of your session to allow for changeover.

5. Supervision & Safety

* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* The organisers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal belongings.
* Shoes must be removed before using soft play equipment.

6. Age Guidelines

* This event is designed for children aged 0–5 years.
* Older siblings are welcome but must be supervised and use equipment appropriately.

7. Photography

* Photo sessions are available with Capturee Mee from £5 and are optional.
* Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform us on arrival if you do not wish to be included.

8. Behaviour

* We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
