1. Booking & Payment
All coach travel must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Coach travel bookings are non-refundable, except where the club cancels the travel.
If a fixture is postponed, abandoned, or rearranged, travel may be moved to the rearranged date where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed.
If the club is unable to provide coach travel, a full refund will be issued.
3. Match Outcome & Competition Progression
For knockout or playoff fixtures, coach travel may be conditional on progression.
If the team does not progress and travel is no longer required, the club will communicate arrangements as soon as possible.
Where travel has already taken place or costs have been incurred, refunds may not be available.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
The club reserves the right to refuse travel or remove passengers whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the coach unless expressly stated otherwise.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
5. Punctuality
Passengers must arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before departure.
The coach will depart at the stated time and will not wait for late arrivals.
Missed departures are non-refundable.
6. Responsibility & Liability
Passengers travel at their own risk.
The club accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The club is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or events beyond its control.
7. Seating & Capacity
Seat allocation may be subject to change.
Standing or seat swapping during the journey is not permitted if it compromises safety.
8. Changes to Travel Arrangements
The club reserves the right to change departure times, pick-up locations, or coach providers where necessary.
Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Booking coach travel constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4.
