By attending the Inclusive Activity Day on 21 July, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Participation
All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
2. Accessibility & Inclusion
This event is designed to be inclusive and accessible; however, some activities may have individual suitability requirements.
Please speak to event staff if you have specific needs or require assistance.
3. Health & Safety
Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn for outdoor activities.
Certain activities (e.g. axe throwing, archery) may have age or safety restrictions.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity if safety guidelines are not followed.
4. Weather & Event Changes
This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions.
In the case of severe or unsafe weather, the organisers reserve the right to:

Delay the start time
Cancel the event
If the event is cancelled due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances, updates will be communicated via:

5. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included unless you inform a member of staff on arrival.

Injury sustained during participation where guidance has not been followed.
