Farm Visit Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending the Open Farm event at Raynebow Farm , visitors agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Admission

All visitors must hold a valid booking to attend the event.
Entry is permitted only during the time slot booked.

2. Supervision of Children

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over).
The supervising adult is responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour while on the farm.

3. Health & Hygiene

Visitors are responsible for using the hand washing facilities provided, particularly after contact with animals and before eating.
Visitors should follow all hygiene signage and guidance displayed around the farm.

4. Personal Safety

This is a working farm with inherent risks, including uneven ground, livestock, machinery, and electric fencing.
Visitors enter the site at their own risk and must take reasonable care for their own safety.
Sensible, sturdy footwear must be worn at all times. Open-toed shoes or sandals are not recommended.

5. Conduct Around Animals

Visitors must not feed or handle animals unless in designated areas and supervised by farm staff.
All instructions from staff regarding animal welfare and visitor safety must be followed.

6. Restricted Areas

Certain areas of the farm may be out of bounds to visitors. These areas will be clearly marked and must not be entered.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, the farm accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained by visitors where this results from failure to follow these terms, signage, or staff instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Weather & Ground Conditions

The event will take place outdoors and is subject to weather conditions.
Ground may be uneven, muddy, or slippery. Visitors should take appropriate care.

9. Personal Property

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The farm accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
