1.2. Each ticket grants entry for one person to the event on Saturday, 22nd May 2027, at Carden Park.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.

2.3. In the case of full cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate the ticket fee to Beating Breast Cancer With Success CIC.

3.2. The event is a celebratory and supportive environment; respect and kindness are expected from all attendees.

3.3. Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring at the event.

4. Photography and Media

4.1. The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing and media materials.

4.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.

5. Accessibility and Special Requirements

5.1. The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you require any special assistance, please notify the organisers at least 14 days before the event.
