Family Fun Day – Terms & Conditions
Our Lady of Loretto & St Michael Church, Musselburgh

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. Event Details
The Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday 30th May, 12:00–3:00pm at Our Lady of Loretto & St Michael Church Hall, Musselburgh.

2. Tickets & Entry

Tickets may be purchased online or at the door (subject to availability).
All attendees must hold a valid ticket.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme if necessary.

4. Health & Safety

Attendees must follow any safety instructions given by event staff or volunteers.
The organisers accept no responsibility for injury or loss resulting from failure to follow guidance.
A basic risk assessment has been carried out to ensure a safe environment.

5. Food & Allergies

Food and drinks will be prepared and served on-site.
Allergen information will be available; however, food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present.
Attendees consume food at their own risk and should speak to staff about any allergies.

6. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, church communications).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

7. Personal Belongings

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

8. Behaviour

We aim to provide a safe, family-friendly environment.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.
The organisers’ liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

10. Fundraising Event

This is a fundraising event, and all proceeds will go towards church roof repairs.
