Island Night 2026 – Terms & Conditions

General

* By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Entry & Tickets

* A valid ticket is required for every attendee, including children.
* Adult tickets are for ages 18 and over. Under 18 tickets are for ages 5–17. Children under 5 attend free but must still have a ticket.
* Proof of age may be requested.
* Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold for more than their face value.
* The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

Seating

* Seating is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis unless otherwise advised.
* Large groups wishing to sit together should purchase their tickets together where possible.

Food & Alcohol

* A buffet meal is included with your ticket.
* Please notify the Event Organiser of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
* Strictly no BYO food or alcohol.
* Alcohol will be available for purchase from the venue bar. Anyone purchasing alcohol may be asked to provide valid ID.

Refunds & Cancellations

* Please choose carefully, as tickets are non-refundable.
* Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
* If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Event Conduct

* Attendees must comply with all venue rules and instructions from event staff.
* Disorderly, abusive or intoxicated behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
* The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Photography & Media

*Photography and video recording will take place during the event.
*By attending, you consent to your image being used by Island Drifters for future promotional purposes.
*If you do not wish for your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the Event Organiser before the event or upon arrival. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.

Liability

* Attendees participate at their own risk.
* The Event Organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

Amendments

* Island Drifters reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary to ensure the safe and successful running of the event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
