Terms & Conditions – The French Exchange Colours Ceilidh

• Entry is by ticket only. Tickets are issued on a donation basis and are non-refundable.

• All proceeds support the French Exchange 2026, with any surplus funding future exchange programmes.

• This is a community event. Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage or injury, except where required by law.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Attendees are welcome to bring their own food. No external alcohol is permitted. A bar will be available on site.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendees whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

• Please be respectful of the venue, other guests, and event volunteers at all times.

• The event may be photographed or filmed for club promotion purposes. Please inform organisers on arrival if you do not wish to be included.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation, updates will be communicated via the club’s usual channels.
