Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for One Night of Gospel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tickets and Entry

Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time stated.

Please bring your ticket confirmation with you, either printed or available on a phone/device.

All audience members must have a valid ticket, including children.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ticket Types

Standard tickets are for general admission.

Concession tickets are available for students, over 65s, disabled audience members and low-income guests.

Under 12s tickets are for children aged 12 and under.

Family tickets cover two adults and up to two children aged 12 and under.

We reserve the right to ask for confirmation of ticket eligibility where appropriate.

Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

If you are no longer able to attend, you may pass your ticket on to someone else.

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date where possible. If you cannot attend the new date, refund options will be shared.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised programme, performers, timings or venue arrangements where necessary.

In the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking.

Accessibility

We aim to make our events as welcoming and accessible as possible.

If you have any access requirements, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to support you.

Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place during the event for Oxford Gospel Choir’s promotional use.

Please speak to a member of the team on arrival if you have any concerns about being photographed or filmed.

Audience members are welcome to take photos or short videos for personal use, but please be considerate of others and avoid blocking views.

Behaviour and Safety

We want everyone to enjoy the event in a safe and welcoming environment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

Personal information collected during ticket booking will only be used for purposes connected to this event, such as ticket confirmation, event updates or cancellation notices.
