Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This event is open to current Year 2 Bilton Infant School (“BIS”) pupils and their parents/carers.
2. Supervision of Children
2.1 Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Unaccompanied children will not be admitted.
2.2 Adults may supervise up to four children each.
3. Photography
3.1. Photography is permitted only with express permission from parents/carers.
3.2. BIS staff may take photographs during the event in accordance with the permissions already held for BIS pupils. If you do not wish any member of your party to be photographed, please inform staff at the event or notify the organisers in advance at: biltoninfantpta@gmail.com.
4. Behaviour and Conduct
Attendees are asked to keep noise levels to a reasonable level at all times, to ensure the event remains enjoyable and comfortable for everyone.
5. Parking
The school car park is for staff use only. Please park considerately and be mindful of local residents when parking near the school.
6. Refunds
This is a free event, and as such no refunds will be issued should the event be cancelled. If the event is cancelled, no compensation will be payable.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
