Ticket refunds/transfers are available up to seven days before the event.

*By purchasing a ticket(s), I acknowledge that my appearance in photos/videos of the event are possible and give permission for said images and videos to be used on social media platforms at the discretion of Vocallective.

Vocallective Privacy Notice
Vocallective is a member of the Information Commissioners Office in order to remain in
accordance with GDPR.
Your Personal Data
Vocallective will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of your personal data collected and
processed during the membership procedure, for the purpose of being used to interact with
you as a member (or a potential member) of Vocallective, or a Pop Up Voices attendee. This Privacy Notice will explain how
we will process your personal data.

Why we need it
We are collecting your basic personal data in order to promote Vocallective for marketing and
promotional purposes and membership interaction in the ways which are specifically detailed
and consented to in the accompanying Media Consent Form. We will only collect data that
we need in order to fulfil and oversee this.

Legal basis for processing your data
We must have a legal basis for processing all personal data. In this instance, the legal basis is
‘Consent’.
What we do with it and who we share it with
All the personal data you submit is processed by staff of the Vocallective Choir/Pop Up Voices only.

How long do we keep it for?

Your data will be retained by Vocallective for up to three years, or as long as you remain a
member. After this time, data will be securely deleted. However, some images, videos or
written comments may be kept permanently once they are published.
What are your rights?
You can request access to the information we process about you at any time. If at any point
you believe that the information we process relating to you is incorrect, you can request to
see this information and may in some instances request to have it restricted, corrected or,
erased. You may also have the right to object to the processing of data and the right to data
portability.
As we are using ‘Consent’ as the legal basis to process your personal data, you also have the
right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Complaints
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY
Vocallective is a community choir with a monthly subscription business model.
Pop Up Voices produces one-off singing events.
Vocallective/PUV is committed to controlling and processing personal information in accordance
with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection laws. The
personal data collected as detailed below will therefore be controlled and processed in line
with the relevant Data Protection laws and Regulations in the way(s) and purpose(s) detailed
in the accompanying Privacy Notice.
I consent to my personal data being used in each of the following formats:
Photographic images of me - print and digital
Film/video images and audio of me
Written comments/ testimonials from me
I consent to this personal data being used (processed) in the following ways:

Printed materials including leaflets; flyers; posters; banners.

By typing my name and below, I hereby give my consent to my personal data detailed above
being used in the ways indicated above and in line with the attached Privacy Notice. I
understand that as ‘Consent’ is being used as the lawful basis for processing this personal
data, I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
