Terms and Conditions
1. Your Ticket
Hold onto it — printed or on your phone, you'll need it to get in. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, but if something genuinely unavoidable crops up, drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.
2. Getting In
Our brilliant volunteers will welcome you with open arms — as long as you're bringing good vibes. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave whose behaviour is spoiling the fun for others. No refunds in those cases, I'm afraid.
3. Little Ones 🎉
Kids are absolutely at the heart of Moyles Fest — the more the merrier! But all children under 16 must be with a responsible adult at all times. Please don't let them roam free-range around the site, however confident they may be about it. You're in charge of their safety and their behaviour — and we know you've got this.
4. Drinks
There will be lovely things to drink, some of which are alcoholic. You must be 18+ to buy alcohol, and we'll ask for ID if there's any doubt. Please don't buy booze for under-18s — it's illegal, and we will notice.
5. Safety First (But Make It Fun)
Please follow any instructions from our event team — they're the ones in the snazzy hi-vis and they know what they're doing. First aid will be on-site. In an emergency, do what they say.
6. Smiling for the Camera 📸
By coming along, you're happy for us to use any photos or videos taken at the event for Friends of Moyles Court news and socials. Not keen? Just let us know on arrival and we'll make a note.
7. Look After the Place
Moyles Court is a special venue please treat it with love — pick up your litter, stick to the designated areas, and leave it as you found it (or better).
8. If Things Change
We'll always do our best to deliver the event as advertised, but occasionally life has other plans. We reserve the right to change the line-up or running order, and in the very unlikely event of cancellation, we'll let you know and sort out refunds where we can.
9. Well behaved dogs are welcome on site, however they must be on lead at all times. If your canine companion is sensitive to loud noises we would gently suggest that they might be happier staying at home for this one.
