Terms & Conditions – Friday Full Circle Networking Events
These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees purchasing tickets for events organised by Friday Full Circle.
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
All tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.
A valid ticket is required for entry to the event and be able to participate in any networking activity that Friday Full Circle organises.
Tickets include the event experience, lunch, and dessert as specified in the event description.
2. Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing by the organisers.
In the event of attendee cancellation or non-attendance, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Event Format
Friday Full Circle events use a unique structured networking format.
Attendees participate in guided networking conversations by rotating and networking at tables in turns and allow attendees have both a 1-minute pitch and freestyle networking during the mentioned times in the event agenda.
By attending, participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally with all attendees. To ensure a respectful and productive environment, please keep all communication clean. No vulgar, obscene, or offensive language will be tolerated. Repeated violations may result in removal from the group and can lead to permanent ban from attending any future events organised by Friday Full Circle.
4. Venue Liability
The venue hosting the event is not responsible or liable for the organisation, management, attendee conduct, or operation of the event.
Responsibility for the event rests solely with Friday Full Circle.
Friday Full Circle maintains appropriate public liability insurance for its events.
5. Attendee Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or offensive without refund.
6. Food & Dietary Requirements
Lunch and dessert are included within the ticket price.
Attendees are responsible for informing the organisers in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
While efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, this cannot always be guaranteed. We ensure that we keep professional communication with the event host and update them about any information we receive through our forms in regards to food options, allergies or dietary requirements.
7. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the possible use of images or recordings featuring them unless they notify the organisers in advance.
8. Changes & Cancellations
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, speakers, timings, menu, or venue where necessary.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees may be offered an alternative date or ticket transfer at the organisers’ discretion.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
