The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour.
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward attendees, staff, and venue personnel.
Illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Photography & Media
Photography and filming may take place during the event.
By attending, guests consent to the use of images or recordings for promotional and fundraising purposes.
Donations & Auctions
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Auction bids are binding, and payment must be completed before the collection of items.
Health & Safety
All attendees must comply with venue health and safety requirements and staff instructions.
Privacy
Personal information collected for registration will only be used for event administration and charity communications in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
