Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before completing your booking. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets & Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry. All tickets will be scanned prior to entry.

Admission is subject to these Terms and any venue-specific conditions.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without refund.

Late entry may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion. Late arrivals may be required to sit at the rear to avoid disruption.

Parking is at the owner’s risk. The organiser and venue accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where the event is cancelled or under special circumstances which will be reviewed case by case.

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the ticket’s face value.

If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

3. Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions, including rain.

Refunds will not be issued due to adverse weather unless the event is cancelled for safety reasons.

4. Film Age Ratings

All films are classified by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC).

You must meet the age rating for the film. ID may be required.

Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. An adult is defined as a person aged 18 or over.

If you do not meet the age restrictions, you will be refused entry, and refund will not be issued.

5. Food, Drink & Alcohol

Food & drinks will be available on-site including alcohol (during evening screenings), no outside alcohol may be brought on site.

Where alcohol is sold, Challenge 25 applies. Valid photo ID may be required.

Intoxicated guests may be refused entry and/or removed.

6. Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted:

Illegal substances

Weapons or dangerous items

Fireworks, flares, BBQs or naked flames

Drones

Professional recording equipment

Glass containers

Camping Chairs (cushions will be available on site, you can bring your own blankets and cushions however camping chairs are not permitted to reduce the obstruction)

Security searches may be conducted.

7. Photography & Filming

Recording of the film is strictly prohibited.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

Photos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website uploads and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in close-up promotional imagery, please notify event staff

8. Liability

You attend at your own risk. Subject to organiser’s responsibility to take reasonable care of attendees' safety.

The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The organiser is not liable for any indirect losses, delays, interruptions, or changes to the event experience.

9. Changes to the Event

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event (including venue layout, timing, or film schedule).

Customers are responsible for checking event details prior to attending.

10. Force Majeure

The organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, technical failures, or safety concerns).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Accessibility

The organiser will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate accessibility requirements in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
