**Exclamation Youth Theatre – *Into the Woods***
**Ticket Terms & Conditions**
Thank you for supporting Exclamation Youth Theatre and our production of *Into the Woods*. We’re delighted to welcome you and appreciate your support for our young performers. To help everyone have an enjoyable experience, please take a moment to read the following:
### 1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets are subject to availability. Once purchased, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Exclamation Youth Theatre (EYT).
### 2. Seat Allocation
Seats are allocated at the time of booking. Please check your booking details carefully before confirming your purchase, as we may not be able to make changes to seat allocations afterwards.
### 3. Arrival at the Performance
Please bring your booking confirmation or ticket details with you. We recommend arriving in good time before the performance starts.
As a courtesy to both the audience and performers, late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate break before entering the auditorium.
### 4. A Child Performance
This production features children and young people performing on stage. We kindly ask all audience members to be respectful and supportive, helping us create a positive and encouraging environment for our cast.
### 5. Photography and Recording
To safeguard our young performers and comply with performance licensing requirements, photography, video recording, and audio recording by audience members are not permitted during the performance.
We kindly ask that all mobile phones and recording devices are kept away during the show so everyone can enjoy the performance without distraction.
### 6. EYT Photography and Media
Members of the Exclamation Youth Theatre team may take photographs and/or video footage during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, and archival purposes.
By attending the performance, audience members acknowledge that they may appear in these images or recordings.
### 7. Behaviour and Consideration
We want everyone to enjoy the show. EYT reserves the right to ask anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner to leave the venue if necessary.
### 8. Changes and Cancellations
Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may require changes to casting, performance arrangements, or scheduling. EYT reserves the right to make such changes if required.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2.
