Little Phoenix Ravers Festival – Terms & Conditions
General Admission
All children attending the event must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Each booking includes entry for up to two free parents/guardians, regardless of the number of children attending under that booking, unless otherwise stated.
Additional adult tickets must be purchased separately.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission from the organiser.
Event Entry
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.
Bag checks may be carried out on entry for safety and security purposes.
Re-entry may not be permitted once you have left the venue unless authorised by event staff.
Children & Supervision
Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of children attending the event at all times.
Children must remain within designated event areas and follow instructions from staff and security personnel.
Lost children should be reported immediately to event staff.
Attractions & Activities
Use of inflatables and attractions is at your own risk.
Height, age, or capacity restrictions may apply to certain activities.
Event staff reserve the right to temporarily close attractions for safety or operational reasons.
Music & Lighting
The event will include loud music, flashing lights, lasers, smoke effects, and other festival-style production elements.
Attendees with sensitivities to loud sound or flashing lights attend at their own discretion. Hearing protection is recommended for younger children.
Food & Drink
No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are permitted on site.
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated licensed areas in accordance with venue rules.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone intoxicated or behaving irresponsibly.
Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending the event, guests consent to the use of images or footage in future promotional material unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
Liability
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including adverse weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.
After Party
The After Party featuring Atonic Party Band is included within the event schedule and subject to venue capacity limits.
Children attending the After Party must continue to be supervised by a responsible adult.
Timings and entertainment schedules may be subject to change without prior notice.
Venue Rules
Please respect the venue, staff, performers, and fellow guests at all times.
Anyone causing damage to the venue or equipment may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, all attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
