1. Disclaimer: I agree that I am taking part in this virtual event at my own risk and that Family Fund shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of my participation in the Event.
2. Health: I agree that I am responsible for my health and for deciding whether I am physically able to take part in the Event. If I am unsure about whether I am physically able to participate then I will obtain medical advice prior to the Event. I agree that if I need to drop out of the Event I will let Family Fund know as soon as possible.
3. Entry: I agree to pay the registration of £10 for my place and pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 in aid of Family Fund using a fundraising platform of my choice.
4. Once my place is confirmed by Family Fund I will set up a fundraising page and begin my sponsorship journey.
5. In the circumstance I (the participant) cannot attend I will let Family Fund know in as timely manor as possible and understand I cannot be refunded for my entry fee/ fundraising at that point.
6. Participants must be over 3 years old. If under the age of 18, you must be registered by an adult.
