Terms and Conditions for NE Network events
North East Network is a trading name of Team Valley Marketing Limited. By signing up for and attending the NE Network events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
2. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
3. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
4. This ticket has been created and managed using a third party ticketing site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of that site.
5. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all those who purchased tickets within seven working days.
6. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, North East Network, is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact admin@teamvalleygroup.co.uk
7. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting admin@teamvalleygroup.co.uk. Please allow 48 hours notice for any updates to come into effect.
8. As part of the NE Network events, your personal details (such as name, business name, and contact information) may be shared with other attendees. By signing up, you consent to the sharing of this information with other participants for the purpose of networking. 9. Photographs or video recordings may be taken during NE Network events. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other promotional materials. If you do not wish for your image to be included in any marketing or promotional content, please notify us via email at david@teamvalleygroup.co.uk
10. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
11. All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during NE Network events. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from future events without refund of any fees paid to the NE Network.
12. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
13. Team Valley Marketing and the North East Network are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during NE Network events, whether physical, financial, or otherwise.
14. Team Valley Marketing and the North East Network reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees at the point of ticket purchase, and continued participation in events will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
By signing up, or attending, NE Network events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
