Santa Grotto at Longton Winter Wonderland Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets for "Santa’s Grotto’ at Longton Winter Wonderland" (the "Event"), you (the "Purchaser" and/or "Ticket Holder") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
1. General Ticket Conditions
1.1. Full Payment: All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Tickets will only be released once full payment has been processed and confirmed.
1.2. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot booked. They are non-transferable to other dates or times without express written consent from The Organiser.
1.3. Pricing: The ticket price includes entry to The Event and a gift from Santa for each child ticket holder. It does not include any additional costs such as parking, food, or additional activities.
2. The Event, Time Slots and Participation
2.1. Punctuality: The Customer must arrive at the designated Registration Area located at Santa’s Grotto waiting area at least 10 minutes before the booked time slot.
2.2. Late Arrivals: Grotto time slots are strictly managed. Customers arriving late may not be permitted entry, and the ticket price will be forfeited. The Organiser is under no obligation to reschedule a visit for latecomers.
2.3. Duration: The Event is designed to last approximately 5 minutes per slot, though this may vary depending on scheduling on the day.
2.4. Gift: The Organiser will endeavour to provide age-appropriate gifts for all children who have a valid ticket.
2.5. Adult Supervision is Mandatory: All children attending The Event must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older) with a valid ticket at all times. The ratio must be at least one adult per four children.
2.6. Parents/Guardians are fully and solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of the children in their care throughout the Event.
3. Refunds and Cancellations (By Purchaser)
3.1. All Sales are Final: Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms, all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
3.2. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may not be transferred to a different date or time slot once purchased.
3.3. Non-Attendance: No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-attendance for any reason, including but not limited to illness, traffic, or other personal circumstances.
4. Cancellation or Changes (By Organiser)
4.1. Event Cancellation: If the Event is cancelled in its entirety by the Organiser for any reason (including but not limited to extreme weather or safety concerns), the Purchaser will be offered the option of either:
* A full refund of the ticket price (excluding any non-refundable booking fees), or
* Transferring the ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable).
4.2. Alterations to the Event: The Organiser reserves the right to alter the content, timing, or location of the Event at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require such changes. No refunds will be issued in the event of minor modifications or changes to the activities.
4.3. Notification: The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify Ticket Holders of any cancellation or significant changes by email and/or through the official event website/social media channels.
4.4. Force Majeure: The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the Event due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, venue closure, government restrictions, or performer illness). In such cases, The Organiser's liability is limited to offering a refund or exchange, as determined by The Organiser. No compensation for travel or accommodation will be provided.
5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1. Limitation of Liability: The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Ticket Holder or any property howsoever arising, including but not limited to travel to/from the Event, participation in the Event, or loss or damage to personal belongings.
5.2. Indemnity: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses that may arise as a result of their, or the children under their supervision, attendance at the Event, including any breach of these Terms.
6. Photography and Media
6.1. Photography: The Purchaser may take personal photographs within the Event area, provided it does not interrupt the flow of the visit or cause a delay to subsequent bookings. Professional photography services may be offered separately, and such images will be subject to a separate purchase agreement.
6.2. Consent: By attending the Event, Ticket Holders acknowledge that professional photographers or videographers may be present and that images/video footage featuring the Ticket Holder and/or the children in their care may be taken.
6.3. Usage: The Ticket Holder consents to the Organiser using such photographs and/or videos in any media for the purpose of promotion, advertising, or publicity relating to future events, without further consent or payment.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
7.1. Refusal of Entry/Ejection: The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event who, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, behaves in a disorderly, disruptive, or offensive manner, or who poses a risk to the safety of others, without refund.
7.2. Respect for the Village: As the event takes place in a residential village, Ticket Holders must respect local residents and private property. Noise should be kept to a minimum, and no littering is permitted.
BY PURCHASING THIS TICKET, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
