Terms & Conditions of Entry
Welcome to Fwm pta event! To ensure a safe, fun, and memorable day for everyone, all visitors must agree to and abide by the following terms and conditions. By entering the event premises or purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms in full.
### 1. Parental & Guardian Supervision (Strict Rule)
* **Children must be supervised at all times** by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over).
Fwm pta does not provide childcare or one-on-one supervision. Staff are present solely to monitor the safe operation of the inflatables, not to watch individual children.
* Adults must remain within eye line and easy reach of their children at all times. If a child is acting unsafely, their supervising adult is expected to intervene immediately.
### 2. General Inflatable Safety Rules
To prevent injuries, all participants must follow these rules while on the inflatables:
* **Socks are mandatory:** For hygiene and safety, shoes must be removed, and socks must be worn at all times on the inflatables. No bare feet allowed.
* **Remove sharp objects:** Spectacles, jewelry, badges, keys, or any sharp objects must be removed before entering an inflatable.
* **No flips or rough play:** Somersaults, wrestling, pushing, colliding, or overcrowding is strictly prohibited.
* **Observe size/age restrictions:** Some inflatables have specific height or age limits to prevent smaller children from getting hurt by bigger ones. Please respect the signs and staff directions.
### 3. Health & Physical Restrictions
Inflatables can be physically demanding. For their own safety, the following individuals should not use the inflatables:
* Anyone who is pregnant.
* Anyone wearing a cast or medical splint.
* Anyone with a history of back, neck, or heart problems, or any other physical condition that could be aggravated by bouncing/falling.
* Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
### 4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
* Inflatables involve inherent risks of physical activity (including slips, trips, falls, and collisions). By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
FWM PTA accepts no responsibility for personal injury, illness, or death, except where caused by our direct negligence or faulty equipment.
* We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought to the event.
### 5. Behavior & Right to Refuse Entry
* We reserve the right to ask any adult or child to leave the premises immediately if they are behaving aggressively, endangering others, or repeatedly failing to follow staff instructions. No refunds will be given in these CIRCUMSTANCES

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
