Nordic Walking Note:
* The Minimum age for Nordic Walking Taster session is 8 years old.
** All children must accompanied by a paying adult family/
***Nordic poles will be supplied
**** Nordic Taster will be in wooded area so suitable closed toe footwear is required.

Wellbeing Walk:
* Walks will be wooded area so suitable closed toe footwear is required.
** Families are welcome to join but all walkers must purchase a ticket.

Rhythm, Sound & Wellbeing Sessions:
Theses session re in the Space 2 Talk Teepee, you can book your single ticket on line or if available pay on the day at the Teepee.

Theses sessions 30 mins and start promptly due to timings with other activities.
