🌹 1. About Us

Sponsorship and donations support the charitable activities and theatrical productions of the organisation.
The organisation is committed to using funds in line with its objectives and in the best interests of the production and wider community.


👏 2. Cast Sponsorship

Cast sponsorship is a voluntary contribution in support of the production and its participants.
Sponsorship does not constitute payment to any individual performer.
Sponsors may be acknowledged in the programme (space permitting), unless anonymity is requested.
Any personal messages included must be suitable for a family audience; the organisation reserves the right to edit or decline inappropriate content.
Submission deadlines must be met to guarantee inclusion in printed materials.


📘 3. Programme Advertising / Sponsorship

Advertisements must be supplied in the correct format and by the stated deadline.
The organisation reserves the right to refuse or request amendments to any advertisement that is considered inappropriate, misleading, or not in keeping with a family-friendly production.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure accuracy, the organisation cannot accept responsibility for minor variations in print quality or colour reproduction.
Advertisement placement cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in writing.


💳 4. Payments

Full payment must be received by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in the programme and/or sponsor recognition.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the production by the organisation.


⚠️ 5. Changes & Cancellation

The organisation reserves the right to make changes to production details, including performance dates, venue, casting, and programme content where necessary.
In the event of cancellation, the organisation will endeavour to offer alternative benefits or provide a refund where appropriate.

The organisation operates in accordance with UK law and relevant regulations.
All sponsorship arrangements must align with the organisation’s purposes and ethical standards.
The organisation reserves the right to decline sponsorship from individuals or organisations whose activities or values conflict with those purposes.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4.
