QUALIFICATIONS
1. Guided walks will be provided by a qualified and experienced Mountain Leader who is familiar with the local area.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
2. Clients undertake to ensure that they are equipped with suitable clothing and footwear for each walk, including a waterproof jacket, warm clothing and boots or shoes with a grippy sole.
3.Clients agree to select walks of appropriate distance and duration for their physical abilities and experience.
4. Clients should bring their own sustenance for the day, ie a packed lunch, hot drinks in a flask and/or water bottle.
5. The safety and comfort of all clients will be paramount. The organiser reserves the right to ask a client to not participate in the walk if they appear unable to complete it when on arrival at the start.
6. Clients will accept as a condition of booking that weather and environmental conditions can change rapidly and that Fell Walking is a potentially hazardous activity. Ultimately clients are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. They may leave the walk at anytime before its conclusion.
7. Where clients wish to take the opportunity for wild swimming they do so at their own risk and will fall outside the duty of care of the mountain leader for the duration of that activity.
CANCELLATION POLICY
8. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following terms will apply.
- Cancellation before 7 calendar days of the Walk - 50% Refund
- Cancellation after 7 calendar days of the Walk - no Refund.
- In the event of a cancellation by Sedbergh Summits a full refund will be issued.
TICKETS
9. Tickets are non transferable.
10. Clients may be asked to show an electronic or paper copy of their ticket on joining the walk.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
