1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of educational sessions by the GP Educator ("Educator") to delegates
("Participants") in both face-to-face and online formats. By booking and attending sessions, Participants agree to these Terms and
Conditions.
2. Booking
a. Sessions must be booked in advance, and attendance must be confirmed either via The Educator, Training Co-ordinator or by other
approved method.
b. Booking registration must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. The Educator reserves the right to deny access to a session where registration has not been made in full prior to the start of the
session.
3. Cancellations
a. The Educator or Training Co-ordinator must be informed in writing if a Participant wishes to cancel a session that has been booked.
b. In the unlikely event that something unforeseeable or outside their control causes the Educator to cancel a session, a rescheduling
option may be offered.
c. A waiting list may be in operation for some events which are oversubscribed. Please be courteous to your fellow colleagues and
inform us as soon as is practicable if, for any reason, you are unable to attend a session. This way, we can offer your space to someone
else. Colleagues who repeatedly fail to attend without prior warning may have booking restrictions placed upon them for future
events.
4. Session Delivery
a. Face-to-face sessions will be conducted at the agreed location.
b. Online sessions will be conducted via a designated platform (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams). The Educator is responsible for ensuring

c. Participants must arrive on time for both face to face and online sessions. Participants who attempt to join a session more than 15
minutes after the scheduled start time without prior warning may be denied entry.
d. Sessions may be recorded by The Educator with prior consent from Participants for educational, promotional or quality
improvement purposes.
Participants may not record any part of any session unless prior written consent has been granted by the Educator or Training Co-
ordinator.
e. The Educator reserves the right to remove any Participant from a session due to disruptive behaviour. In this situation, booking
restrictions may apply for future events.
5. Responsibilities of Participants
a. Participants must engage professionally and respectfully.
b. For online sessions, Participants must ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access.
c. Any materials provided are for personal use and must not be shared or reproduced without permission from The Educator.

a. All personal data will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
b. Delegate contact details (name, email address, role and place of work) may be shared with event sponsors where explicit consent
has been provided.
Consent for this can be withdrawn at any time. Choosing not to consent will not affect attendance at the event.
c. The Educator will not share Participants’ details with any other third parties without consent, except where required by law.
