Supper Club Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Dietary Requirements and Allergens

* Guests must notify us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at least 48 hours before the event.
* If you have an allergy, please contact us before booking a ticket to confirm whether we can safely accommodate your requirements.
* We cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from allergens due to the nature of food preparation.

2. Ticket Bookings and Refunds

* All meals must be pre-booked no later than 1 July.
* Tickets are non-refundable after 19:00 on 1 July.
* No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for cancellations made after this time, regardless of the reason.

3. Pre-Booked Taxi Service

* Any pre-booked taxi service arranged through us is non-refundable after 19:00 on 1 July.
* Once confirmed, taxi bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred after this deadline.

4. Participation in Games and Activities

* Guests participate in any games, activities, or entertainment provided during the event entirely at their own risk.
* The organisers accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property claims arising from participation in such activities, except where required by law.

5. Guest Conduct

* We want all guests to have an enjoyable and safe experience.
* We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or require the departure of, any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, aggressive, offensive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the enjoyment of other guests.
* We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol where appropriate.
* No refunds will be issued to guests who are refused entry or asked to leave due to their conduct.

6. Photography and Media Consent

* Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the event by the organisers or their representatives.
* By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
* Images and video footage may be used by the organisers for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media content, websites, and other business-related purposes, without compensation.
* Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should not attend the event, as we cannot guarantee that individuals will be excluded from group photographs or incidental background footage.
* If you have concerns about photography or filming, please contact us before purchasing a ticket.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation

* We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the menu, schedule, venue, or event arrangements where necessary.
* In the event that we are required to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, supplier failure, illness, or other unforeseen events, our liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
* We shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.

8. Acceptance of Terms

* By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
