Tickets are priced at £25 per person and must be purchased in advance via our TryBooking page. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please bring your booking confirmation with you on the night, either printed or on your phone.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person — please let us know in advance so we can update our records. To arrange a transfer, contact us at info@williamandmary.co.uk before 4th August 2026

Sittings and Arrival
Two sittings are available: 4:00pm–5:30pm and 5:45pm–7:15pm. Please ensure you select the correct sitting at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate sitting changes on the day, but if you need to change your sitting in advance please contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
Please aim to arrive promptly at your sitting time. Latecomers may miss part of the experience and we cannot extend individual sittings.

Gift Bag and Voucher
Gift bags and the included £10 William & Mary voucher will be given to each ticket holder on the night. Gift bags are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. The £10 voucher is valid throughout August 2025 and is subject to standard William & Mary voucher terms. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Scalp Analysis
A complimentary scalp analysis is included as part of the event experience. This is an observational service and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any scalp conditions or sensitivities you are concerned about, please speak to a member of our team on arrival.

Exclusive Gift Voucher Offer
The birthday gift voucher offer available on the night is exclusive to ticket holders attending this event. It will not be available after the event closes and cannot be accessed online or by phone.

Prosecco and Orange Juice
Complimentary prosecco and orange juice will be served throughout your sitting. Please let us know at the time of booking, or in advance by contacting us directly, if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. We will always have a non-alcoholic option available. Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour is affecting the enjoyment of other guests.

Behaviour and Conduct
We want everyone to have a wonderful evening. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. In this instance no refund will be given.

Photography
We may take photographs during the event for use on our website and social media channels. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of our team know on arrival and we will respect your wishes.

Changes and Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly change the event, we will contact all ticket holders as soon as possible using the details provided at booking. In the event of a cancellation by William & Mary Hair, a full refund will be issued. We are not liable for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
