1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
This is a ticketed event and a valid ticket is required for entry.
Tickets must be presented on entry (digital or printed).
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly agreed by the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a valid ticket cannot be produced.

2. Alcohol
Alcohol sales and consumption are subject to the venue’s licensing conditions and UK law.

3. No Refunds Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Inability to attend
Late arrival or early departure
Change of personal circumstances
Changes to the running order, listening content, or event timings
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including but not limited to the schedule, format, content, or venue.
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the Event Organiser, ticket holders may be offered a refund or credit at the Organiser’s discretion.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.

5. Admission, Conduct & Venue Rules
Entry is subject to venue capacity and management discretion.
The Event Organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate, without refund.
All attendees must comply with venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.

7. Photography & Recording
Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the event.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional or archival materials without compensation.

8. Force Majeure
The Event Organiser shall not be liable for failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, industrial action, or public health emergencies.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
